Putin (The Terrorist) and his Bloated Russian Warmongering Allies will not suffer any hardship from "His War" they are blinded by what's happening in Russia, (Economy, Deaths of Teenage Fighters, etc) whilst still being surrounded by their wealth and Military protection.
