Wow, captured soldiers execution is a war crime. Killing wounded soldiers not captured is not a war crime if they are actively fighting - but if unable to fight then it is a war crime (Additional Protocols of 8 June 1977 to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, para. 1620). War crimes by Ukrainians are common. There should be international tribunal set up in Asia to deal with war crimes by Kiev regime.

Which is legal. I.e. you are not forced to take on prisoners. Killing wounded enemy that is incapable of resisting is actually a war crime under Geneva (Additional Protocols of 8 June 1977 to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, para. 1620)

Bridge to what exactly? There is only marsh lands there. You suggest they build a road over marsh land while Russians just watch ;)

LOL, few DRGs are not an offensive. Any attempt to cross the river by Ukraine in force there would be a total disaster for Ukraine. But hey, they can try. It feels more like just them trying to stretch Russian forces before some actual offensive takes place. offensive

I would say mostly Ukrainians have shown to be terrible with POWs. The message to the Russians is clear - you are fighting true Nazism. Either you stop it or you die. If you do not stop it your family will die.

Well, what acts like a Nazi, looks like a Nazi... is a Nazi. Clearly Ukrainians are Nazi. Question is whatever West really forgotten what happened last time Nazi were supported to fight the reds. Say no to Nazism. Putin is no angel but far better choice than Ukraine.

Probably - or some suggested they want to do PR stunt to draw Russians in.

Wow, two war crimes! Ukraine are over doing themselves! First war crime is that you cannot kill wounded enemies - Additional Protocols of 8 June 1977 to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, para. 1620 The 2nd one is mutilation of the dead. Nothing new - Nazi do what Nazi do. Once war is over a lot of them will be prosecuted by international criminal court for crimes in former territories of Ukraine.

And what will they do exactly with concealed armor there? The whole land is super marshy. There are no roads. Any armor that crosses there would be eventually found with a drone nd destroyed by artillery. The island is a nice place to "play war" with the Russians. Dima frequently has a lot of fantasy - its not the first time.

@eljanrimsa5843 And while all is flooded do tell how Ukraine would attack? Flooding is used as defensive tactics. You now made whole terrain favor heavily the defender..

@user-ox4ys What do you mean - there are far more videos of Ukrainians killing Russians POWs than the other way around. Even strongly pro Ukraine "international" criminal court has more cases of war crimes of Ukraine than that of Russia (!!!) And we are talking here about 100% pro Ukraine court. "And honestly if the person was injured bad enough it may have even been more humane to execute him than let the person suffer for God knows how long before they can receive the proper care, if they even last that long." Ummm, that is a war crime. One can say it was more humane for Germans and Ukrainians to execute Jews in WWII than keep them alive - do you agree with that? There is no humane "execution".

So what, attacking Russia from nordic countries is a no-no. Very hard terrain. Russian air defenses are quite good. Not really a major threat.
1
@agffans5725 True, but they can go a long distance so Finland is not exactly needed for this. You also cannot hold terrain with air power alone.

It is a war crime - Additional Protocols of 8 June 1977 to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, para. 1620.
