  1. Some idiots think that this is somehow Putin's war. Putin will not live forever. His replacement will be a Russian as I do not think anyone sane will try to invade Russia & take over. His Russian replacement will be pro Russia - as he should. Thus it will be in his or her best interest to keep Ukraine out of NATO.

  7.  @Giganfan2k1  Nope. Russia has massive artillery advantage, at least 5:1. In the beginning it was 1:1 - first month. Russia has very accurate artillery - they have used extensively Krasnopol shells on video to smash multiple armored vehicles.

Russia is producing a lot of tanks, helicopters and as you can see more and more advanced drones Combined arms: "Combined arms hits the enemy with two or more arms simultaneously in such a manner that the actions he must take to defend himself from one make him more vulnerable to another." Russians do this far and wide better than Ukrainians. Note "artillery" and note "helicopter".

  9.  @Giganfan2k1  Artillery is 5:1 in Russian favor and accuracy is roughly the same. Heck I would give edge now to Russia as long range attack drones can be seen as a form of artillery.

  15. This would be immense escalation by NATO. It would be wholehartly condemned by the entire world outside of the west. Russia would now easily sail to conventional victory with active support (i.e. military) of multiple Asian nations. Such delivery would ensure Putin's victory both on military and political front.
