  2. There are not that many patriots to spare. When you look at who could, you see only US. So coming up with 25 is impossible. 7 would be very difficult. System is super expensive. It is a true lemon. Let export cost for a single missile of between 6 and 10m sink in. That is more than any Russian missiles cost few times over! US has only less than 500 systems. Rest of the planet no more than 250. Ukraine is asking for more systems than all of Europe has at current time...
