The neutral vessel shall be seized and in general subjected to the same treatment as enemy merchantmen: When entirely freight-loaded by an enemy government; i.e. international rules allow for Russia to size any ships loaded with Ukrainian grain. Now things get even more funny when you read whole set of laws clearly showing that the west is not neutral. Since it is not neutral its ships are open game.

  5. We shall never forget important part current Hero of Ukraine - Bandera - played in WWII as a leading Nazi leader. It is true that today once again there is fight against Nazism - and once again the east has to fight the west. Some things never seem to change. It is ironic Zielinski says Ukraine fought Nazism in WWII while being one of the largest Nazi supporters (if we use territory of present day Ukraine as basis for "Ukraine").

  9. Well, present day Germany and Ukraine. Ukraine was (and is now) a major Nazi power. In present day Germany Nazism is hard to prove, today's in Ukraine its like everyday thing, same as say in Berlin in 1943. Most of the German "Nazism" today is through ignorance - but hey, allies did ignore concentration camps as well.... during WWII....

  10. True - but in the end they switched sides and liberated Poland. Everyone at that time was about conquest - Soviets were correct, in their actions - once Germany started to take over Czechoslovakia and Austria Soviets were correct to take on Fins and Baltics. Heck, Poland was correct to also take a bite of their own land occupied by Czechoslovakia. War was coming and the more you grabbed the better.
