They intentionally shelled city center and an intersection. US dropped 2000 bombs on Tokyo during WW2 killing 100k. 50 per bomb. Israel dropped 3000 bombs on Gaza as well as 1000s of artillery shells, yet killed only 22k. Ratio here is at most 5 per bomb, maybe 3 or less. Russia used 150 missiles killing only 40 people for a ratio of 0.3.... And you are saying they target... Civilians? Why is Bandera official hero of Ukriane??? Why??? Did your grandfather fight for Nazi side as well? Mine for allies.

  9. ​ @PipesEnjoyer well and Putin indeed will end the war, on his terms. In 2014 regions of Ukraine rebelled and Russia helped them. Russia wanted Donbass to go back to Ukraine but Ukraine refused among other things basic human rights. West, shame on it, ignored its own principles and stood behind Ukraine.

  12. It's not their Vietnam at all. There is a lot of local support, people want to shake off Ukrainisn occupation. There was not support by local Americans for US invasion in Vietnam. There was viet cong resistance. Nothing here even remotely similar. Better comparison is Soviet Afghanistan VS. US Vietnam.

Russian war in Ukraine may have some war crimes on both sides - but only Ukrainian side shows clear racist tendencies. Not sure it can escalate into actual genocide against Russians if allowed to, but certainly far more likely than other way around.

The gestapo in Kiev was 95% Ukrainian. Now Germany supports people with the same views as these from WWII. There are over 200 monuments to Bandera in Ukraine. He is officially hero of Ukraine by law. Is Hitler hero of Germany by law? How many monuments does he have in Germany. Come on, be real.
