This is overblown - the Russian chips are only used for government stuff - regular Intel and AMD chips - like on the rest of the planet - are used in private sector - and there is no shortage of these. There was zero talk about other Asian countries - like Malaysia - which is (and was) the largest contributor. No sanctions here!
