  1. He simply went too far - much too far. Should have played the game like Musk - go far but not too far. Make claims that are 98% false but not 100%. Also in US white collar criminals are not punished hard enough - compare to communist nations where replacing meat with paper in sausage earned some guys death penalty. One should at least give these pp in US and all around them life sentences.
