LOL, what? They have not taken a net territory this year. Taken massive losses. This year shows clear advantage of Russia.

Russia is not at all. No one knows where next Russian offensive will be. Why Wagner is in Belarus - or is it??? Will it be Kiev x2 or maybe Kharkiv? Or will it be Chernihev area?
5
Allies had 25:1 advantage in air power. At least 5:1 in artillery and armor. Not to mention advantage in man power. Ukraine has nothing of that sort, it is out gunned 10:1 in artillery per Zalyzny. It is out gunned in armor at least 3:1 or more. Russia has at least 10:1 air power advantage. It has more drones, more missiles etc.
4
Yep - Russia for total win!

@jakelilevjen9766 Do you think Russia and others in Asia used up all of theirs?
2
Nah, Russia hits UA supplies 3x as hard. And they need more then Russia on the attack.
1
LOL, no. The D-day went very well - as per plans - not even close to what Ukraine failure did. During D-day on day 1 allies advanced from the beach 10-12 km. This was the plan. Once they did that, they halted for around 3 weeks to get rest of the army and supplies setup. Then they continued. Ukraine failed miserably. Their plan was to reach 1st defense line on day 1. Then start assaulting it, cross it and continue to next one, till they broken through all of these and reached sea of Azov. Instead Ukraine lost close to 50% of their combat strength without reaching 1st defense line after 2 months. This is definition of a failure. Was clearly seen after week 1.

Right now I would rate Russia above US army - they have vastly more combat experience. So Russia #1 in the world, US #2 and China #3.

@ryanacorn5367 Its a 2 years of at peer war - last time US had this was Korean war - and that is a maybe. Probably WWII. Vietnam would be a stretch. Insurgent wars are not at peer wars by any stretch and irrelevant. I do not think US has much of a size advantage or tech advantage - its mostly air power but that is NOT army. Also I do not think any training is even close to actual combat. And US has zero experience in that - like I said have to go back at least 70 years.
1
@ryanacorn5367 you do understand this would not be Russia vs. US in the vacuum of space. It would be Asia vs. West. Here Russia has overwhelming production and demographic advantage. In any war scenario such as both WW Russia would be the winner. Nukes would prevent any huge defeat but US and her allies are simply to weak.
1
@ryanacorn5367 But we will - Ukraine cannot fight this war forever, you know. Eventually they have to surrender.
1
@petriew2018 B/c if you cannot win what is the point of continuing? You only loose more people and your country is more destroyed. Sure they can go out the way Hitler did or come to their senses a bit earlier.
1
Who cares who is retreating - who can hold and regain territory? Russia is winning big time on strategic level.
1
Yeah what some Russian channels - they are mowing Ukrainians down with like no losses. Its a total turkey shot.
1
As will massive use of Tornado systems combined with more long range type 5 Lancet drones. Not to mention all faithful cruise missiles and tactical ballistic missiles.
1
@reedschrichte800 No, US had far fewer troops in Vietnam - far and wide less. They were at demographic disadvantage.
1
@reedschrichte800 South Vietnam majority supported the north against US / dictator US supported. Thus it was 90%+ of Vietnam population vs. 10% + US support. USSR had full success in Afghanistan - for total failure look at US. Afghan government setup by Soviets lasted almost 3 years without any help from Soviets or anyone else! Soviets were very successful at driving the Taliban out. Look at US - 3 weeks. The main difference between Soviets and US was that Soviets went using their ethnically similar troops after Afghan Taliban into every nook and crack. They hunted them down, no matter the cost. US just sit in their fire bases and did nothing. Thus once US left - it took about as much time as it takes to drive for the Taliban to take over the country. In Soviet case, the Taliban had to slowly build up their forces over *years*.
1
@reedschrichte800 They did - if they supported Afghan government with fuel and possibly other materials there would be no 9/11. What did US do? Loose it in 3 weeks after they left? After spending around a trillion? You have zero credibility as you have zero understanding of geo politics.
1
@reedschrichte800 Truth hurts. Cope. Also may want to take some drugs - you need to be major insane to think this offensive is a success or Ukraine can win the war by their definition.
1
Ukraine is a little Nazi country - not as big as Germany - it will not take 6 years this time around.
1
Actually worked very well - line was not penetrated even on its weaker points - Italians attack there. Problem was the line was not everywhere. Germans went around the line and allies went into lower countries. Germans went around and cut off from behind main forces.
1
Russia liberated a lot of territory this month as well.
1
We do know the objectives. It was to reach the sea of Azov. Certainly the objective was not to take 10 villages at a cost of an army, right?
1
What progress - in the way the idiots loose equipment? The offensive failed. Once war is over I am sure you will also say Ukraine did not loose - they won peace.
1
No they did not ;) Even on land Russia still leads this year. And the actual amounts of land are peanuts. We are talking about tiny changes this year. Mostly static.
1
That is an excuse. They squandered 1000s of armored vehicles in failed previous attempts and single success. West does not have unlimited weapons.
1
No they are not. They have not taken a single village in few weeks. Ukraine failed to liberate Kherson. After months of fighting and loosing an army worth of equipment Ukraine gave up. Only after they were defeated Russian command gave order to start evacuation of the city and villages. After 6 weeks of that they ordered troops to withdraw. The current offensive was a failure after a week and my post show that - I even stated they will take 10 villages - which they still did not. This is the net result. Ukraine does not have equipment nor artillery to continue for months. They run out after 6 weeks and US had to send them cluster shells - which I also predicted.
1
You decide whatever something is a success or failure by looking at aim and where we are at now. Ukraine totally failed. 100%. Absolute failure. Total. There is absolutely no path for Ukraine to victory - i.e. they lost the war. As to western BS especially from places like France or Germany - who exactly are you to judge? When did you last fight modern war? Russia would go through your army like knife through worm butter.
1
With what? You bomb them with what?
1
@jakelilevjen9766 Why do you think so - their production capacity dwarfs US - if they want to they can have many times more equipment than US.
1
@guruxara7994 US and allies never faced opponent that did have more than 1/3 of their production capacity. Not to mention facing one that had 2x more (!!!)
1
Well, Russia is sure bombing Ukraine into stone age through.
1
LOL!
