  1. 16:25 - a lot of these volunteers (all???) are ex. military. They do not need training, many spend years in the army - maybe a bit of a refresher, but not much. And then they will be in secondary roles.

  2. 12:12 option 3 - every man for themselves. I.e. total disarray. Russians should push hard west - even with 1000s of Ukrainians there, they may be disorganized. Push them.
