  1. Best way out now is a referendum. Sure, Albanians immigrated into Kosovo but what can be done now? Moral of the story is that if you have a minority in your country that is majority in some area, you need to worry. 15, 20% of Kosovo should go back to Serbia, where Serbs are majority. Essentially divide land along ethnic lines. They simply cannot live together, need to separate.
