Russia is not in any hurry b/c of US aid that never stopped. Ukraine simply does not have ... stuff and will not get any stuff that matters ... ever. The war is progressing towards total Russian victory. Nothing seems to be able to stop that.

@reboundrides8132 Of course, now its going according to Russian plan. Ukraine badly out gunned is being ground down in attrition war. All Russia needs to do is continue till Kiev comes to its senses or runs out of people. Either way is good for Putin. Bleeding Ukraine dry at minimal own costs. I am unsure why such plan - that is working - is a bad plan. It was also used by the allies in WWI with similar results. Except in WWI allies did not have such huge fire power advantage as Russia has over Ukraine.

@sadafhusain2059 maybe. But given the state of UA army Russia may just go for the city or for say Sumy region.

That is a myth as Ukraine attacked Russia proper many times - Belogrod terror attacks come to mind. Its just excuse to say why we lost the war.
