  4.  @scardog8377  LOL, no its not ;) Russian army has about 270k personnel and out of that about 100k are conscripts. So Russian army professional core is around 170k. Not all can be in Ukraine, some are in Syria, some in Armenia and some in Russia training new troops etc. So maximum that can be deployed - absolute Maximum is around 120k. Not all of that 120k can be in Ukraine - some are deployed on the border in Russia - i.e. in Russia - Ukraine border. Actual used forces were never much more then 100k troops. Russian allies can almost double that amount. Now Ukraine announced recently they have, with all support troops - 1 million.

  6.  @donnievance1942  Support for the war is quite high and astronomical for Putin (like 95%). Russia will have to mobilize whatever it wants it or not. This is why they already mobilized the industry. So they are ready for it. Prepared. Essentially once all of Donbass is liberated a peace offer will be done which 99% will be rejected. We already know Russia said they need a buffer to account for long range weapons. They cannot hold much more territory with current forces, maybe they can take Kharkiv at the very most, maybe Odessa but not much more. However, Ukraine may simply not surrender. To take at last half of Ukraine and take Kiev regime out they need to mobilize. Its simply impossible without it.
