  1. Nah, phase 3 is capture of Kharkiv / Dnipro / Zaporozia line. Phase 3 will start in September once all of Donbass is taken.

  5. To be fair they did capture part of a settlement at the very tip of the are over Kherson. Their attempts to cross the river were a disaster through. Russians are bleeding them dry.

  11.  @philliptemple9841  We even know approximate timeline when Donbas will be liberated. This is why there is high confidence of before September. I say 66% before September 1st and 34% after. Russia is advancing nicely and just besieged Artemivsk (formerly known as Bakhmut). Ukraine should make peace - there is no point fighting a war they already lost.

  12.  @philliptemple9841  Well, by end of this month the Bahmut - Solidar - Seversk line will fall or at least will be in sweeping mode. The next fight is Kremators - Sloviansk. For that we are giving Russians a whole month! Given how long it took previous line I think they should make it. I guess you can always argue that a village somewhere in the south is not yet liberated or something - but all major cities will be taken.

  14. Well, currently city is under Russian control and it looks like it will stay that way. Only way this could change is if peace agreement is signed.
