  1. Nah, Ukraine did not stage so far a single large counterattack. Not even one. They are mostly doing point defense and counter. Defense mostly. Russians are racing with time to take as much territory in as little time as possible and hence heavy losses. Once they slow down losses will slow down and they continue to slowly gain territory. One has to remember to take cities is a long process - weeks. It is also man power intensive. I wonder whatever Russians will deploy more troops then planned to take all of Ukraine. Ukrainian resistance has been light - Russians, once again, are simply going too fast!
