Short story, Russia is winning big on the battle field, Ukraine is getting creamed.

Nah, Hitler did terror attacks, these are aimed attacks against military targets. One out of 40 missiles dropped on a mall. Maybe it was shot down. So what?

@stream2watch Modified version is still in production.

NATO. EU is just an economic union. Its not a big deal. When Ukraine joins in say 50+ years I doubt anyone in Moscow will loose sleep over it.

@stream2watch Sure wiki.

@mariaf.6601 Sure they can. Maybe not a lot of them, as say compared to Germany, but decent number. They make under 2m cars per year.

@Pyriold And how would Ukraine or NATO know???? Remember when CNN did not even know who was in charge? Then suddenly they knew all the generals ;))) Magic.

@GlowyBoi Sure they can. During WWI (I not II) France made 3x as much ammo per day then Russia is using today. I kind of feel like Russia is able to match 1/3 production from WWI ;) Russia does not need forever as well. Few more weeks and Donbass will be liberated. People are happy to see Ukrainian occupational forces gone (on video). Once that is taken care of, there are no major obstacles till Dniepr river. We see what Russians do. They already won the war, now they need to just sweep off any remaining forces. Afghanistan was totally different conflict for totally different reasons and its a joke that it destroyed Soviet Union. It was more a symptom of the decay - not actual reason for it. There are dozens of reasons for eventual collapse. One of these for example, is the need to keep large parts of Soviet Union "fed". Few pp know that only European portion of Soviet Union was somewhat "civilized". The rest were super primitive. They only seen money for the first time 100 years ago (!) They made beads and jewelry for women in 1920s out of coins. It costs a lot of money to introduce electrification to most regions of Soviet Union. Then to build crappy roads. Then to build cities. Finally with end of gulag system there was little that forced people to work hard - the saying in say Poland was, that whatever you stand or lay down you get your 5000. The Afghan thing is a myth in the west.
