2:07 - Russian Bakhmut offensive is smart while Ukrainian defense there is idiotic. Russian losses are 4x to 5x smaller than Ukrainian losses. Multiple reasons, such as "road of life (or death)" or total Russian artillery supremacy. 2:56 Bakhmut has been a total failure for Ukraine - they have allowed Russia to grind them hard. For what exactly? Ruins? These idiots in Kiev may indeed "counter" and retake the city just so Russians can retake it again! Brilliant. 8:00 no, break through now seems next to impossible. Reason is that Russia has multiple lines of defense and a LOT of mine fields. These things will slow down any attack & reserves can be utilized. 10:00 why don't you mark Ukrainian supply lines? Far longer, no? And within range of a lot of Russian systems. Bottom line is, if Ukraine pushes hard the war may end this year after Russia takes a lot of land with a counter.

Exactly, never interrupt your enemy when they are being idiots. Notice Russia is not saying anything to allow Ukraine to move out of Bakhmut. Heck, they are now doing anything possible to keep Kiev in Bakhmut together with circus from Progozyn. The mean grinder must go on - Bakhmut is the best thing that happened to Russia in a while. Its were Ukraine takes epic level losses.

Yeah, sure - they are announcing it rather hard - last time they did that in Kherson they took epic level losses and it was not even against fortified positions.

If Ukraine attacks hard they will collapse under counterattack and indeed war will end maybe this year as the west will be scared to loose half of Ukraine.

They already have been liberated few months back - waiting for liberation of all cities in Donbass now.

Freedom for Donbass and make Kiev pay for all the houses and civilians killed.

Yes, its brilliant. Russia did so well there. The attrition rate of Ukrainian troops is 4x the Russian troops - in the best case for Ukraine!

@mattias5157 What infights? Russians are quite unified. Bakhum fiasco for Ukraine is a gift to Russia. They can kill or wound 100s of Ukrainian troops per day. Taking minimal losses at the same time. Imagine the emotional damage once Bakhmut - despite 10s of 1000s of Ukrainians dying to keep it falls in the next few days completely! What will Zielinski say? Imagine morale boost for Russian troops - if we could take Bakhmut - we can take anything.
