  1. Even if they by some act managed to kick Russia out the war would not be resolved and will continue. I.e. Ukraine cannot will Russia to stop the war. Or in short there is no scenario in which Ukraine can join NATO. Ukraine joining NATO would be about as big as Russia falling apart - so I expect Putin and any future leader would use nukes before such event were to happen - i.e. whatever it takes.

  2. Not at all. Say only half of Ukraine could be covered by NATO. The other half could go to Russia. I doubt there will be any deal - its just a show.

  5. I also say Cuba and Venezuela should be allowed to station nukes on their own land - especially hypersonic ones so they can easily punch US before they even realize they are under attack.
