  2. Why would they move back? Forth choice, hold the line, win the battle. Freeze to death - dude - this is south Ukraine ;) Plus they don't have issues with gas - Ukraine does ;)

  4. Rus generally means anything to the east of Poland. So Rus is Belarus, Ukraine, Russia etc. If you are so into history you can see Ukraine was invented as separate from Rus around 100 years ago.

  5. Well, we do have reports from the other side of minor gains, but most advances were stopped and Ukrainians were indeed pushed back. We see in few days or max 2 weeks if any changes to the front did occur. I doubt it. Through I admit calling it a failure already is a bit premature - I would say "devoid of major success with poor prospects for one".
