  1. NATO satellite took picture of a delivery not yet loaded into bunkers or ammo that was taken out. That was hit and boom, it goes off as well as the nearby bunker stuff. As others pointed out it could be train with ammo. Each train car is like 80 - 100t of explosives.

  3.  @Dirk-o9s  Possibly, but there is little chance a single drone would have penetrated even poorly done bunker. It could not be made too weak or it would have collapsed and bribe taker would be in a world of trouble.
