  1. Yeah, this will cost Wilson (his insurance) / hospital a lot of $$$. Imagine the guy liquidated his estate to have $ once he passes away. Now he is going to live so he needs all these goods back. He needs to buy say all furniture etc. back. Since they were say sold at auction they went for maybe 15% of value. Same with brokerage fee, once sold only way to back out (legally) is to trigger a condition, most of which are for buyer. Any other backing out ===> lawsuit from buyer. So he needs new house, new stuff, etc. this could easily be 100k lawsuit. Or more, just to cover the costs.
