  2. The Dutch, especially their high command, has offered only token resistance to the invader. A single bombing has forced their hand. Many rank and file soldiers would have resisted longer. Certainly another thing one can gather from all of this is that even when Germans were at the door - almost through the door, the Dutch got surprised when they actually went through the door. Strange.
