Is it 4 or 5 capitals at time of this writing? Taliban are moving so fast it is hard to keep up with their gains! Billions spend - heck more then a trillion USD. We could have sent a man and a woman to Mars - more then 3x for the money spent. In return it all gets wasted as the Taliban take it all back in matter of... weeks!
