  2. This is the old version of Russian long range gun - its 40 year old from 1980s. Still "good" at sending shells down the range but clearly not anywhere close to latest tech. Max range is 28km, max range RAP is 40km.

So when Russia shows off its 200 latest artillery pieces it pales in comparison to 1000s that are old. Just as an example, at dissolution of Soviet Union there were 2000 S-300 vehicles. 2000. For these they made 30k missiles. Current production of Patriot system is about half the number of systems and 1/3 of missiles - and that is for today, not 1991.
