  2. Well a bushing is just a spacer with a hole in it. Now, it can be precisely done, it may be hardened etc. However, such small bushings made to somewhat high precision of auto bearings may cost, using bearing price, 25c each. So say there are 100 in the bag, price would be at most 25 usd. If you were to use highest precision Abec 7 price would go up a lot, by about 100x. So you are talking about 2500. But there simply does not exist even in NASA higher requirement for common components. Thus price tag of 90,000 is 100% inflated.
