  1. This is the so called predicted by me and many others "last hurrah" - i.e. they are throwing everything they got. The main problem is, they do not got a lot, Russians are well prepared and any progress is super expensive. This is NOT how to fight a war! Even Soviets would see this as idiotic. Sure they did similar but not in such a rather predictable way. Once Ukrainian offensive potential is gone then what will they do? Surrender?
