Bahmut line of defense was already invalid about 10 days ago. Few days ago Slaviansk line was invalidated as Russians started to move west from it. In short Ukraine defenses were compromised by idiots - looking at you Zielinski. Hiding facts is also very bad - did not work for Germany in 1945. Essentially now Ukraine lost the war as there is no viable new defense line.

@sonaruo Yeah, but Dniepr river is what Russia would also use for defense when it starts annexing territory. Its double edged sword. Besides, even if Russia wanted to go deeper they can - they have Kherson bridge. Even just taking right hand side would be a disaster for Ukraine - Kiev would become border city, Kharkiv gone, Dnipro gone.

@sonaruo Problem is the plan seen widely by Russia is to make new border on the river. Another problem is that Russia crossed the river in Kherson.

He is an idiot. That is it. Morale will drop bellow zero very soon. Imagine you are a soldier in Ukrainian army. Not only the enemy is killing you off with artillery now you see time and time again 1000s of your fellow soldiers abandomed. You can FEEL the luck of caring for your life in Kiev. Zielinski does not care. These are not his people. He will quit his post and move to Florida - just watch.
