  1. I am totally up for it as long as $$$ is provided up front & no gifts (aka loans) are given by Ottawa. Lets make some $. Make 100% sure they will not go to Azov or other Nazi leaning organizations. Make it a condition of any loans / gifts that Ukraine needs to disband Azov style units as well as remove Bandera as a hero of Ukraine. Also re-establish teaching in minority languages as is standard in EU.
