  3. Same as US - retaliation for terrorist act. Nothing special. I am surprised Putin does not flatten even more UA infrastructure. He is so soft footed.

  4. Everything in UA is a valid military target - hospitals can save the lives of enemy soldiers, maternity wards give birth to new soldiers. Theaters entertain soldiers. All valid. Heck, US moved as far as to say "ideology" is a valid target - even a wrong thinking can be bombed.

  7. This was rebunked - there is no missile as blast pattern does not fit it. It was a car bomb or in this case truck bomb.
