  3.  @garydrescher6151  Meng was as legally detained as two Michaels were. Both sets of charges were a joke. There are differences in joke mainly, US charges were extension of US laws to other jurisdictions while Chinese charges were bending and perversion of local laws. Nortel went belly up more then 20 years ago. 20 years ago in tech time is time of dinos. Today Hauwei cannot be accused of such actions as it is clear tech leader and it is the west that is doing IP theft. One can take a look at battery tech in latest Hauwei phones or their OS that is much faster then Android. Or the fact that Google just recently started making replacement for Android as it is outdated. One can accuse everyone of IP theft, it was US that stole from Germans after WWII & from the British before WWI. Japan stole from US after WWII. In 1970s China was barely able to make cigarette lighter. If you want to look at corrupt - look at US companies - they were found red handed with spying.

  4. China should announce that it will have no choice but to boycott US held sporting events over its abuses in ME and in Asia. Millions killed in just last two decades. At least US abuses are well documented while Chinese "abuses" are MSNBC and CNN made up crap - heck their "eye witness narration" are not even from someone whom ever been to the province and maybe even China!

  5.  @tabbytheorcie6638  I am not sure of that - China has been very passive and is not uber aggressive like the US. China is more passive then small nations, like Turkey. China does not put extreme pressures on countries around it like US. China does not extends its laws globally like US. China may become more like US once it is the top dog but so far it does not act like #2 at all.
