  1. Most pp don't realize this was a Polish loss. Both Germany and Russia negotiated directly over Polish heads & came to a decision that was expect - i.e. EU will pay. No one cared or consulted Poland in any way. Belarus / Russia achieved all or most of their goals.

  2. What? Seriously? Decisions were made in Moscow and Berlin. No one even asked Warsaw for opinion. Deal was signed between Germany and Belarus in which Poland had zero to say. If anything it has shown that Poland has no say in EU & US is a useless allay.
