  1. Says the president under whom emissions went down just 4% & sprung back under Trump. One has to note he had a low hanging fruit as a goal and he failed at it. So much so for action vs. promises yet he is somehow a hero. Of what I ask? No one really remembers what occurred in 8 years he was in office - he was absentee president.
