120 kg in 2016 - this is 2 years before Meng. Certainly it is hard to say it is made up case. The sentence could have been made a bit tougher then if relations were good - say death vs. life imprisonment. Accusations from 2016 are quite severe & all countries in Asia have strict no drugs policy. Not sure why sudden love for drug dealers in Canada - what would people want to do with these - make penalties lenient so that China can export 2x as much drugs at half the price?
