  1. The whole situtaion is fault of the PM and these in his government that directed the country for the past few years. Since 2016 fight it was clear that AM will be unable to keep up with AZ militarily due to huge difference in spending and 3x demographic. They could have revived 1990s peace accords which more or less state land back for recognition. Now in 2020 AM faced not just AZ but 1000s of terrorists and both equipment as well as personnel support from Turkey - in some areas they were outnumbered 10 to 1.
