  6. No I am not. I am talking about a written document. WRITTEN. As in writing. Get it? Western media talks all the time about some "spoken stuff" - I have no idea about that who spoken to whom about what. Also Russia is a successor state to Soviet Union - hence its seat at the security council - so any agreements with Soviet Union are passed onto Russia - same with all treaties regarding nukes. There is nothing much from 2002 - there is only a framework for dealing with new security threats following 9/11. Again, I am talking about **written** agreement which is part of unifications of Germany. **written** as in the form we communicate now, writing.
