  1. Same with stock market going up or hosing in Canada went up 18% this year (!) and if you look at hot markets its more like 25%. Stock market is supposed to be delayed effect of 6m - its look at the future - but future does not look uber bright! So why everything is going up like crazy? Or maybe we look at it wrong way - maybe the money is going down like crazy?
