Of course. They would have gotten far better deal - heck in March 2022 they would have gotten a better deal. Literally now Ukraine will loose a lot of land, lots of people, no NATO, no equipment etc. etc.

In the last 15 days Ukraine lost land in 63 areas and gained in 2. After total operational failure of Ukrainian offensive - which I pointed out as failure after the first week of operations was offensive of last resort. Now Russia has regained all lost areas near Bakhmut and is regaining as I write this areas near Tokmak. Ukraine lost the war. It should be clearly said now. Without weapons, manpower etc. Ukraine is forced to negotiating table or will continue loosing more areas & possible regime change may happen. Colonel Reisner is part of western propaganda machine as he is clearly bias - for example "wonderwaffen" exists such as "game changers". Come on colonel, please spare us BS. Same please spare us "new Ukrainian offensive" BS - Ukraine is in full retreat mode - they cannot hold terrain. Ukraine does not have man power to do another "offensive". The bridge head at Krinki is a success? To much vodka colonel? Same as naval success? The ships of the black sea can fire their cruise missiles from far - they don't need to be close - actual losses of few auxiliary ships is a joke.

Not so fast - a lot of stuff was usual BS. For example, Krinki bridgehead was called a "success" - to much vodka? Too much drugs? Who on earth would call this failure a success? Seriously? A lot of other bias as well. He should have pointed out that Russians are now running successful creeping offensive against Ukraine - significantly better than UA failure in the summer.
