  1. Nah, the surrender is for PR purposes - seen plenty of videos where Ukrainians shoot and kill wounded helpless Russians. Few days ago two BMP-1 vehicles and 10 Ukrainians surrendered on video - most of the 10 were wounded. Russians did not kill them. This is a forward observation position - I think it was manned by militia - it was highly publicized about two or three weeks ago, near Bakhmut where a Russian squad run away from single UA tank. Ukrainians attacked same line now for few weeks without success. I am unsure as to whatever this is one single video or actually two videos from two different time periods stitched together. It feels its a new video and a few weeks old video.

  5. No its not - the tank video was from Donbas. So they are the invader. Not sure about the actual troops video - I think it is 3 weeks newer than the tank part. A lot of defenders are from Donbas i.e. they are defending their homes.
