  1. Did Russia or even Soviets ever threaten Fins or demanded land etc. Nope. Never. Are there any claims? No. So Fins joining NATO only means they are getting giant Target over their heads.

  2. If Soviets did not start anything - as Stalin took what he wanted and never bothered to take more, why on Earth would Putin want more. Why? There are zero territorial claims of Russia in Finland. There are very few Russians in Finland. The main worry is of Finland invading Russian land not the other way around. For that NATO hopefully will not aid Finland in their quest.

  3. Idiots, the reason Sweden survived WWII without any scratch is due to their neutrality. Now they are throwing it all away. Even bigger idiots are Fins. During WWIII there was a chance Fins would not suffer too much as they are far away from any nukes blowing up. But not now. Russia can now just add them to the list to be leveled. Even if it somehow only goes tactical - they are now legit targets. What do they gain exactly? Nothing at all.

  4. Why? Why would Russia invade Finland? Didn't Soviets invade, take what they wanted already? In 1945 Stalin did not find it worth while to take more. Why would suddenly Putin decide to take more? Come on. Use some logic.
