  1. I think way, way too much emphasis is placed on the "hills" - these are not real "Hills" - they are almost all under 100m and very gentle. It is a bit of a rolling terrain - but mostly flat. A hill of note would be one that would be at least few hundred meters above some terrain it controls. And such hill would had to have decent gradient - say more than 15 degrees.

  2.  @maccaberry1041  Problem there is open fields and a lot of mines + a lot of UA troops with some artillery. Not so much terrain elevation.
