  3.  @Sergeodessa  Very few people in the US own machine guns. I am guessing less than 100,000. It is very hard but not impossible to own one. You need special license and then you need to buy one. It takes many months of checks. Prices are usually around 50k and up. For 50k you get semi working AK-47 that was discarded in Africa.

  4.  @0canada  Same as in the US - I doubt anyone was armed. I am sure both Russian news and US news would immediately report if anyone was armed. It is not in US where building gets stormed, however it is the US that makes then news. I mean which country would allow a siege of a government building to take months.
