  1. LOL, 3rd world war is only when someone listens to Zielinski and throws NATO into the cauldron. Without NATO involvement we are safe at keeping it as local conflict. All of this would be resolved if after dissolution of Soviet Union all regions, like after WWI, voted where they want to be. This way all pro Russians regions would be in Russia, all pro Armenian in Armenia etc. No need for constant wars.

  2. What if Putin said - hey lets have free elections in all areas of Donbass - winner takes all. Do you think Z would agree? I doubt it. at least 1/3 of Russians are from Donbass.

  4.  @rrmackay  Well, he is very good at begging and at speeches but low on action. He is relatively good orator. But actions? Nope. Mariupol has not yet fallen. Even definition of that is hard to come by, is it control of all of the city, or just center? It will take weeks to check every house, every workshop etc.

  5.  @DennepeerRelaxation  Exactly, people of Kosovo now rule their own land (ignoring minority issue). Why same deal cannot be done for Ukraine? Clearly if two people cannot live together they can get a divorce. After WWI people were smart and each region voted where it wanted to be. Same should be done after fall of Soviet Union. We had like a dozen wars now b/c this was not done. We had a war less then 2 years ago between Armenia and Azerbaijan, about 1/3 forces involved in Ukraine, for exactly same reason as Ukraine - Russia war.
