  4. LOL General is such a joke - its a huge tactical and strategic victory. Tactical as a lot of UA units after the got surrounded just run away, leaving equipment and POWs. All on video. Strategic as this fortress has nothing much behind it - the next city is 50km away and NOT fortified.
