  1. War crime??? He was avoiding fire, not intentional at all. Civilian was plain stupid to drive around when tanks were exchanging fire.

  3. This is plain stupid of Ukrainians to just drive their cars while tanks are on the roads and engaging the enemy. This can happen what just did or they can be hit by cross fire.
