  1. partisans ? What partisans? All pp from these lands form new Russian units. Or you mean partisans attacking Ukrainians? Ukraine can certainly see good bye to Donbass - why should Ukraine have it against the wishes of people of Donbass? Should Germans get Slask back - against wishes of Poles? Should Ukraine get whole south eastern Poland?
