  1. This seems to be standard 3rd world flying practice. Planes are held mostly with duct tape. It is so bad some people will rather drive on terrible roads in say Pakistan then to fly short domestic route. It does not help that flight cancellations are routine - 50% for weather 50% for broken aircraft - heck even broken in flight (!) Two engines are there for a reason, it is rare to have both give up on the same flight (!)
