@njswampfox474 Nope - Vietnam is totally different case. US was an invader, helping government that was hated and dealing with Viet Cong movement. There were no "local" Americans and the war was not one that was of be or not to be - such as invasion of Cuba.

The clear answer is no. Russia is a big winner. And west mi's calculated. Check out articles from March 2022, where they foolishly were expecting collapse of Russia, with 30% GDP collapse...
