  10. I would like to hear this question asked : What happened to the girlfriend who was beaten ? I would assume at some point she left Donnie while he was in prison - most woman do. I wonder if Donnie realizes he should have left the police to handle the man who beat his girlfriend. Instead, he did what he did and it cost him 38 years in prison. The takeaway from his story is that if someone hurts a girlfriend or wife of yours - let the police handle instead of you handling it. In most cases, these relationships with these wives and girlfriends will eventually end so it''s not worth it to commit a crime so you wind up in prison.

  14.  @ryanmaller636  carbs won't get you bigger - you need protein.....weights are not allowed in some prisons, perhaps all prisons i'm not sure ?......prisoners get bigger from heavy volume of exercises mainly calisthenstics and lots of sleeping
