  1. I have 16,000 that I need to invest fairly soon. I got an insurance settlement from my car being totaled. The 16,000 covers 80% of the cost of a new car. The other 20% I will pay. I am making monthly payments for 5 years at 0% and 0 down. . I was looking to invest the 16,000 for 5 years and my projections showed that in 5 years the interest would cover the 20% I would owe. So basically this new car will not cost me any money. I wasn't sure when & how much to invest of this 16,000 since the market is at an all time high. Should I wait a little bit till the market drops to buy, or dollar cost average or put all of the 16,000 in the market right now - or something else ? If anyone has any idea's on this.
