  1. Cuba, Russia, and China meddling in Venezuela and resulting chaos, a few hundred miles from the US, is why there was concern from the north. This sounds like propaganda on overdrive desperate to change the narrative of truth from "Corruption and incompetence" to "regime change from the US"... why then did the overwhelming majority of South and Central America recognize Guaido before the US or its sanctions get involved? Because they had millions of refugees telling terrible stories they had to deal with.. destabilizing nations near the US WILL get its attention, and if mass number of people are fleeing in starvation, it will try and intervene, as will the UN, because that is the right thing to do..
